The main pickup location is at our office located inside the lobby level of the Hilton Whistler Resort, in the Art Gallery Row. If you are picked up there, please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your tour. We also offer pick ups from the major Whistler Village hotels, upon request. If you are being picked up from the Four Seasons or Chateau Fairmont, your pick up time will be 15 minutes prior to your tour time outside that lobby. If you are being picked up from Nita Lake Lodge or Legends in Creekside, your pick up time will be your designated tour time. If you are driving yourself to our base facility, please arrive for your tour time.
Driving directly to our base during winter can be difficult due to the weather. If you have an appropriate vehicle and would like to drive to our base, please call our office prior to choosing this as your meeting location. Click here for a map to our Brandywine Base Facility.
All tours include transportation to and from Whistler Village to our base facility in the Brandywine Valley. We also provide helmets at no extra cost. We have extra winter clothing available, though we ask guests to bring their own if they have it. This tour includes a Charceuterie board and mulled beverage.
All children between the ages of 5 and 12 can ride as passengers for half the price of a passenger! Kids must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult to participate with Blackcomb Snowmobile tours. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to call our office. *One child under the age of 12 can ride for half-price with one full paying adult driver.
Collision Coverage of $25 per driver is mandatory on all tours. The Collision Coverage will eliminate any additional costs associated with any accidental damage to Blackcomb Snowmobile vehicles including all parts. This Collision Coverage is mandatory and can not be voided from any tour booking. Group bookings and any 3-hour Tours will require an open credit card imprint for damage deposit in place of a Collision Coverage fee.
All Blackcomb Snowmobile drivers are required to be at least 19 years of age and have a full valid drivers license with no restrictions to be able to operate an Snowmobile. All tours require a minimum of 2 Snowmobile drivers to operate an Snowmobile trip. One child between the age of 5-12 can ride for free with one full paying adult driver.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect for all bookings both online, over the phone and in-person. Any bookings that are modified or cancelled within 24 hours of the trip departure time will be liable for the full price of the original booking. Blackcomb Snowmobile reserves the right to cancel or combine any tour due to inclement weather.

Stop by our head office located in the lobby level of The Hilton Whistler Resort. A credit card is required to hold all reservations at the time of booking. Credit cards will not be charged until the time of a tour with other methods of payment also accepted.
All tour times are scheduled as round trip from the Whistler Village. Pick ups are available through Blackcomb Snowmobile from our office location in the Hilton Whistler Resort and major Whistler hotels including The Fairmont Resort, Legends Creekside, Nita Lake Lodge Creekside, and the Four Seasons. The Brandywine Base Facility is located 10km south of the Whistler Village and is where you will start your tour. Guests are also welcome to drive themselves to our Base Facility and asked to make this aware to Blackcomb Snowmobile at the time of booking or if plans change.
Blackcomb Snowmobile tours involve many risks, dangers and hazards which are outlined in our Release of Liability Agreement that is required to be signed at the time of your trip. Waiver agreements can only be signed by participants of at least 19 years of age. Under age passengers are required to have a parent or legal guardian sign for them. All guests are required to read and sign before participating in any of our tours. The agreement will affect your legal rights should you be involved in an accident. Copies of this agreement are available from our head office and base facility.
Snowmobile tours operate in most weather conditions. Please make sure to dress appropriately for winter conditions. Blackcomb Snowmobile can provide pieces of clothing as needed – gloves, goggles etc. Please be aware that in the event of inclement weather, tours can be combined or cancelled.
